Language and visuals work hand-in-hand to welcome a consumer into a brand’s mission. As an avid reader and visual thinker, I love to help create websites, newsletters, and digital materials for brands to showcase their voice and introduce them to their audience.

I have worked on the communications and publicity side of the book publishing industry in addition to being a freelancer building websites and digital content for small businesses, nonprofits, and more. I strive to create friendly, accessible, and vibrant online spaces that reach wide audiences and make navigating the digital world easier.

Originally from Maryland, I have a degree in Ethnic Studies from UC Berkeley and I live in Oakland with my wife. Outside of work, I bring my eye for design to hobbies including a California native garden, woodworking, and needlepoint embroidery.
